I was perusing the top songs charts and discovered this little treasure. Then again who doesn't love Taylor Swift songs? I can't think of anyone.... well except for maybe some men I can think of... I also really like this music video. Even though it is kind of sad. The song itself is kind of sad in a way too. I don't know why I like it but I do. I think it's because of have Taylor Swift fever right now. Enjoy!

Alright I tried so very hard to find a good video for this song. But either there was no music with the voice or it was a very poorly done music video. I promise you can go look them up yourself but you won't find one that was blog worthy. I really like this song and how it is simple yet amazing. I think it is interesting how it is all about her time sitting in a diner. It really is just an interesting fun song. Hope you all love it like I do.

Happy Sunday everyone! I think this song is good for Sunday because of how soothing and calming it is. Although to be quite honest when I hear this song I have a distinct memory come into mind. Back to my childhood I am sitting in the backseat of my Aunts car with my best friend cousin listeining to this song while my Aunt filled the car up with gas. It was thanksgiving day so we were headed to my house for a huge dinner! My cousin and I loved this song so much we played it over and over again and sang along. You may think I am bizarre to remember such a memory... it doesn't really strike even me as a moment in time to remember but I do. I have a bizarre memory what can I say. I must have been having a really good time or something to remember it so well. Does this song bring back any memories to you? Unitl tomorrow I am The Music Nerd.

Today's song I will say I got from my brother. He has introduced me to a lot of music throughout my life. This is one in particular that I rather like. Joanna Newsom has a very lovely voice and plays the harp beauitfully! There are not a lot of music out there where you hear a harp played so prominently. I also love how her lyrics are poetry/story put to music. It is just so interesting on so many levels. If you like this you should look up some of her other stuff. I hope you all like this song. Not everyone has the stomach for this music. I know my husband doesn't like it all that much. Although I am sure if I asked him now he would say he did like it. Anyway, enjoy! I really love how fun it is to sing a long to this song! I know it is a song about getting revenge on a person for cheating on her but other than that it is a fun song. I do not personally think revenge is good... EVER! But I like this song. I have to come to realize that this is the third song by MIKA that I have on this blog... I must really like this artist or something. I just love to sing this song at the top of my lungs as I am driving in my car. Happens a lot with me. Have you ever seen the movie "Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy"? If you havn't you should, it is hilarious. I think this girl singing is the same girl from that movie. I cannot be sure... oh wait no let me look it up! Be right back!.............. Oh yes it is the same girl... I looked it up. What a wonderful age we live in when all this information is at our fingertips. Anyway I happened upon this song one day and loved the music video. Plus I think the topic is kind of cute and funny. I cannot be sure if I LOVE love this song but I will give it a day to sink in. What do you think? Is this song great? good? Not so good? Let me know! I would love to hear your opinions!
